Should I use Bleach?

NO. The answer is NO. You should never use bleach. & I’m here to tell you why.
1. For 1, it’s dangerous!
2. It’s not even necessary.
BLEACHBleach is seriously a dangerous chemical. Stated right there on the label for the world to read. Something along the lines of “Irritating to skin, eyes, and respiratory tract.” Inhalation of bleach has been known to deteriorate your lungs. Bleach can also ruin your clothing and discolor your walls, tub, and other surfaces in your home.

Did you know that Chlorine Bleach DOES NOT kill mold, it merely BLEACHES it – meaning that it takes away the color of the mold? NOT GOOD.
I’m not going to sit here and bash “Bleach” because I have better things to do with my time, but I encourage you to do your research. Here are some things to search for:

  • What germs does Bleach kill? [Not as many as Sanox II]
  • What is a “bleach bomb”
  • Can I mix bleach with other cleaners? NO NO NO. WATER ONLY!!!

After reading this valuable information, and conducting your own research, why not just stop using bleach altogether? Thankfully there are ALTERNATIVES!!!
1. Mox – Multipurpose cleaner
2. Sanox – Disinfecting spray

I have blogged about both of those products before, and I will again in the future. But I encourage you to get ahold of me so that I can share these two AMAZING products with you!!

Cold & Flu Season is Upon Us!!

In case you haven’t noticed, the days are getting shorter, the air is getting cooler, and harvest has begun. Which also mean that cold & flu season is upon us. Runny noses, sore throats, aching muscles, yuck.

I am very much a huge activist for prevention as opposed to treatment. So here are a FEW things I am doing to PREVENT myself and my loved ones from getting ANY type of sickness this Fall and Winter Flu/Cold Season.

1. Using Sanox II. What is Sanox II?
Sanox II disinfectant cleaner kills a broad spectrum of germs and fights mold on contact when used as directed. Sanox offers an effective, low-cost biocidal system for hospitals, institutions, homes and industries. View the image below for a list of germs Sanox will kill!

Burkholderia coppice which is pneumonia.

Herpes simplex type 1 & 2 which is cold sores, pink eye, skin infections, genital warts, & genital herpes.
HIV-1 which is aids.

Klebsiella pneumonia which is UTI and pneumonia.
Pseudomonas aeruginosa which is pneumonia, UTI, eye infection, severe diarrhea, and whirl-pool associated infection.
Salmonella choleraesuis which is gastroenteritis (intestinal infection)
Serratia marcescens which is a UTI.
Shigella dysenteriae which is dysentery.
Staphylococcus aureus (staph) which is Impetigo.
Streptococcus pyogenes (strep) which is strep throat and impetigo.
Trichophyton mentagrophytes which is athlete’s foot!
Vaccinia (pox virus) which is ox virus infections.

& that’s in JUST humans alone! Sanox II also kills germs derived in, on, and around animals. But I’ll leave that for another day.

My personal Sanox story: I used Sanox all year last year in my apartment while away at college. There were 4 of us living in one small apartment and it got pretty gross at times. Not to mention there are 8,000 students on campus and we came in contact with hundreds of them daily, and then brought those germs back into our apartment! [YUCK.] There was a 1 hour period where all 4 of us were gone, and that is when I would spray my Sanox disinfecting cleaner. I would spray the Sanox on every solid surface I could! Door knobs, counters, bathroom surfaces, everything. The Sanox would sit and dry for 1 hour and that way I reduced cleaning time for myself, but also killed ALL of those germs! I did this every other day, if not once a day. I can tell you the ONLY time any of us got sick was when we left town for the weekend. That’s reason enough for me to use it again, and again, year round. It’s also a good enough reason for me to spread the word to you. [and I now have a travel size Sanox spray bottle..]

2. Wash your hands!!
Alright-y folks.. time to wash. No explaination. Not hard. Just do it.

3. Be healthy & Keep your immune system in good condition.
I’m not going to lie to you all, this seems to be one of the hardest things for me. [What can I say, I’m a college kid and have late night snacking sessions?!] However, I make it a goal to eat as healthy as I can. On top of this, I take vitamins & probiotic and enzymes, EVERY day. On top of this, get active! Our bodies are not meant to sit still all day.
